We want new patients to know their first visit is designed to be thorough, comfortable, and individualized. A typical initial chiropractic appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes.

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your health history, concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
Comprehensive assessment
Our doctors perform an individualized chiropractic examination and appropriate assessments.
INSiGHT scans
When clinically appropriate, we use INSiGHT scanning technology to gather additional information about muscle activity, temperature patterns, and heart rate variability.
Initial adjustment
When appropriate and clinically indicated, patients may receive their first chiropractic adjustment during their initial appointment.
Report of findings
A follow-up appointment allows our doctors to review findings, discuss recommendations, and explain individualized care options.
- X-rays are only recommended when clinically necessary and are not a routine requirement for every patient.
