Before Your First Visit

After scheduling your first initial visit at Rise, our team will email and/or text over paperwork to ensure a seamless transition into our care. This will help the doctors connect with you and the care you are hoping to obtain in our office prior to coming in! Paperwork must be filled out before your initial visit, since our doctors need time to go over it to ensure you get the best care possible. If you plan to utilize insurance to cover your care, please upload your insurance cards to the specified section of the paperwork. With this, our staff are able to look into your benefits and coverage before your initial appointment. If insurance cards are not provided within twenty-four hours of the initial appointment, we will charge our Federally Discounted Rates.

Your First Visit

As soon as you walk into the office, you'll be greeted by our lovely team members that are filled with positivity and light.

Make sure to stop at the front desk first so our team can meet you and get you checked in for your appointment! Paperwork will be sent to you digitally upon scheduling your appointment, as well as any additional forms needed for specific appointment types. There is a section on the paperwork to upload insurance information as well as identification cards. If you’re unable to complete the online forms, we ask that you please arrive at the office 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to get everything scanned in and completed.

After we have any forms or extra documents completed and any cards scanned in, one of our chiropractic assistants (CA’s) will proceed with a tour around our office to get you comfortable with our space. We will end this tour in one of our consultation rooms where we will do our routine day one education.

Day one education will provide you with proper and brief knowledge about our office’s approach as well as an in-depth explanation on the series of three INSiGHT scans we perform during your first visit.

INSiGHT scans are routine for every new patient, for they allow the doctors to create the most optimal health plan and see what is really going on within your body neurologically. These scans allow us to provide you with the care you deserve.

After the INSiGHT scans are completed, one of the doctors will begin your consultation and examination.

Once the consultation is completed, the doctor will be able to decide if x-rays are medically necessary. If they are, one of our well trained CA’s will be back in to take you to get those images. At Rise, our x-ray machine is state of the art! It emits the lowest amount of radiation possible and knows to shut off at the exact moment the image is captured! This way, the body is never overloaded with radiation.

Following the x-rays, you will be guided into one of our six adjustment rooms where the doctor will be back in with you after reviewing the images. This is where all the fun happens, the adjustments!

Finally, you’re adjusted and ready to go! The doctor will then take you to the front desk where the CA’s will check you out and set you up for your second visit, the report!

Day Two: The Report

What is the report? The report is a thirty-minute long appointment discussing the plan that will provide you with the best care possible in order to get you back to your best self. Your doctor will breakdown and educate you on your INSiGHT scans and any x-rays that were taken, as well as provide you with your adjustment schedule and any other recommendations that they may have.
